Celebrate Pride in Stratford – Sunday, June 1st, 2025!
Every year, the Stratford community comes together to celebrate Pride Month and stand in solidarity with our 2SLGBTQIA+ community. This year’s Perth County Pride March and Pride Festival will take place on Sunday, June 1st, and everyone is invited to join in the celebration!
The day begins at 1:00 PM at the Tom Patterson Theatre, where community members will gather to show their support and PRIDE by marching together in the Perth County Pride March. The route follows scenic Lakeside Drive, along the beautiful Avon River, leading us to Upper Queen’s Park for an afternoon of festivities.
The Stratford Pride Festival is a family-friendly event welcoming people of all ages to celebrate love, diversity, and inclusion. From 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, enjoy a vibrant lineup of onstage entertainment, including:
- Drag performers
- OnStage Dance Co.
- Cirquesmith Acrobatics
- Headlining band: Gravity Junky
The festival also features fun for all, including a Kids Zone, face painting, food trucks, an open-air yoga class, a bustling vendor market, and Ally Alley, where local organizations will highlight the services and support they offer to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
