LANTERN WORKSHOPS
Join Playmaker’s Theatre School at the Stratford Perth Museum to build your Stratford Lantern Parade lantern! All ages! $20 donation for all materials to build a lantern. September 16 & 23 10:00am-2:00pm
STAR PARTY
Trade in your sunglasses & get a closer look at what illuminates our skies at the Stratford Perth Museum. $10+HSTpp – Star Party, museum entry, light refreshments. September 22 (rain date Oct 6) 7:30-9:30pm
LIGHT UP THE NIGHT KAYAKING
At dusk on the Avon River, vessels will illuminate the waterway. Participants and spectators welcome. Themes: September 23 – Titanic (without the sinking); October 14 – Lanterns, October 28 – Halloween.
STRATFORD LANTERN PARADE
Experience the magic & joy of community & live public art with music, dance, live performance & hand-crafted lighting installations along the Avon River. October 14 6:30-9:30pm (all-weather event)
LIGHTS ON STRATFORD
EMERGENCE: As something comes to light or shows up where there was darkness before, an emergence happens. Local & international displays light up the city. December 16 – January 13 Thu-Sun 5-10pm
