ASIAN HERITAGE MONTH IN STRATFORD THIS MAY
This May marks the first ever Asian Heritage Month celebration in Stratford! Local representatives from the Indian, Chinese communities, and the Filipino-Canadian Community in Perth-Huron (FCC), in partnership with the City of Stratford Community Services, are organizing a series of events during the month of May to commemorate Asian Heritage Month. From cultural performances and book launches to art exhibits, film screening, and food and writing events, there’s something for everyone to explore and enjoy. Month Long Asian Heritage Exhibits
To celebrate Asian Heritage Month, the Stratford Public Library will feature an art exhibit on the main floor of the library throughout the entire month of May, featuring works from various artists of Asian Heritage. Learn more here.
The Stratford Perth Museum will also feature a mini-exhibit located at the buildings main entrance, offering a glimpse into the stories and cultural contributions highlighted during Asian Heritage Month. Free to view, no admission required.
