Tom Patterson Island is the starting point for each event where spectators can gather and admire all of the kayaks, paddleboards, and canoes as they circle the island a few times before heading down the river.

For those participating, grab your boat (kayak, canoe etc) and meet at the river, or you can still be part of the excitement, there’s always a large crowd enjoying from the river banks. ⁠ This is a spectacular local event that you won’t want to miss!

May 18 – Flower Power – 9pm

June 28 – Canada Day – 9pm

July 27 – Christmas in July – 9pm

August 24 – Hawaiian – 8:00pm

September 28 – Super Hero – 7:15pm

October 19 – Lantern Paddle – 6:30pm (participants may wish to decorate your kayak, paddleboard or canoe with some lights, lanterns (no fire) and be by the boathouse to paddle out at 6:30pm)

October 26 – Halloween – 6:30pm
