Do you love chocolate? Have you ever thought in pairing it with tea? 
Karen, your tea sommelier, will guide you through this experience that promises to be interactive, informative, tasty and FUN!
Four types of chocolate and six kinds of teas are explored. The chocolate is from Rheo Thompson Candies while the tea is personally sourced by Karen from the Far East.

You will experience a “Taiwanese Tea Ceremony” and discover the art of pairing tea with chocolate and find your favourite combination.

Package includes:

  • One night at Birmingham Manor Bed and Breakfast
  • A gourmet three course breakfast
  • Chocolate covered strawberries and sparkling wine
  • Tutored tea-chocolate pairing at “Tea Leaves"

Price:

$160+HST per person per one night, May 1st to October 31st-available Wednesday through Saturday. 
$140.00+ HST per person per one night through November 1 to April 30, available Wednesday through Saturday.
