Come to Stratford early and stay late! Construction delays may be significant in summer 2019 so be sure not to miss out on any fun!

Hwy 6 to Embro/401: Replacement of large culvert Aug-Nov

Expect delays but road will not be closed. Hwy 7 detour is suggested as above, if there is an overlap.

Hwy 8 between Stratford and Shakespeare: In progress

Beginning in early June, stretches of this road between the west end of Shakespeare and the east end of Stratford will be reduced on weekdays to a single lane, with flag people controlling traffic in both directions. Delays may be lengthy, so please allow additional time for your trip. (Both lanes are expected to be open on evenings and weekends.)

To Bean or Not to Bean is a Stratford Ontario roastery that was born when two families serendipitously moved to become neighbours in a city of great creativity and opportunity. With an appreciation for fresh coffee and a genuine desire to contribute to the well being of our community and those far beyond our own backyards, our roastery has evolved.

Our intention is to bring fresh locally roasted coffee to our neighbours while reaching out to our farmers and their families across the planet to offer fair wages for a product that so many enjoy, but that wouldn’t exist without them. We are a workers co-operative focused on the quality of our products while striking a balance between ecosystems and economy.

We will be vending our coffee at;

Stratford Farmer’s Market
Rotary Complex
Saturdays 7am-noon

Slow Food Perth County
Falstaff Building
Sundays 10am – 2pm

Don’t miss the fun due to construction delays!

“Stratford itself is the type of walkable wholesome town Rodgers and Hammerstein might write a musical about.”
