Give yourself time to throw and practice. A weekend workshop for intermediate wheel throwers: making taller, shapelier, more complex forms; and troubleshooting whatever is frustrating you. We will practice the essentials and also try additional techniques like sectional centering and throwing, coil additions, handles, lids, and attachments. Best of all, clay is included in the price, so you can throw without worry, and just keep what you like best. Sunday we will spend time finishing pieces we like. Work can be taken home green.  Firing and glazing can be done at Zenfire for an additional fee.  Fee will be based on the size of your pots. Clay used will be cone 6.

Students should already be comfortable with the basics of throwing to get the most from this workshop.
