Salmon Tataki with “Paper-Thin Salad”, Lemongrass Vinaigrette, and Jalapeño Emulsion
Miso Soup with Ni-Hachi-Style Soba Noodles and Shiitake Mushrooms
Soy- and Sake- Marinated Cod with Bok Choi, Lotus Root, Carrot, and Shiso Broth
Japanese Cheesecake with Mango-Green Tea Sorbet and Passionfruit Caramel Sauce
