Get to know DOUGH! You’ll learn how to work with five types of pastry dough: puff pastry, choux pastry, flaky pastry, short pastry and phyllo pastry – and the integral differences between each type.
Perfect for the beginner home baker.

• Short: Chocolate Tart
• Phyllo: Fried Brie Bites

THE FINE PRINT:
1. Classes are for participants 16 years and older.
2. Class participants are required to wear closed toed shoes.
3. Class participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
