They are easily spotted on the forest floor, the first greenery to appear in early Spring. Growing in plentiful beds beneath the hardwoods these tantalizing wild edibles are one of the first “choice” foods Mother Nature has to offer. We will be searching for these along with Trout Lilies, Day Lilies, Japanese Knotweed, Sochan and more along beautiful trails only fifteen minutes from Stratford.
