Puck’s Plenty Foraging: Wild Ginger
This plant appears in early Spring and can be found through most of the season until the first snow. Wild Ginger can be used like its commercial counterpart and also makes a wonderful tea. Along with this wild edible we will also be searching for Wild Leek Bulbs, Wood Sorrel, Summer Oyster Mushrooms, Platterful and Beech Rooter Mushrooms and Pineapple Weed.
