Trout Lilies are another fine offering in the early days of Spring found in ancient beds nearly 400 years old. Named for their trout like pattern they have a wonderfully mild sweet taste and are ideal for salads and garnishes. Join us on the trails as we also forage for Chickweed, Wild Leeks, Day Lilies, Garlic Mustard, Plantain and Japanese Knotweed.
