We’re approaching the end of our season but as long as the weather holds up we will continue to search for these wonderful mushrooms. Mushrooms such as the Fall Oysters and Grey Trichs (pictured here) as well as Velvet Foot and Pear Shaped Puffballs. Along the same trails here in Stratford we will also harvest tasty Wild Watercress.
