Marsh Marigold rise from swampy areas like yellow bouquets. Their bright flowers can be seen quite easily, a stark contrast to their dark green leaves. Leaves that are edible and can be used as a replacement for Spinach.

We’ll be looking for these as well as Fiddleheads, Nettles, Day Lilies and more as our Victoria Day weekend draws to a close. Start time: 10:00 am
