Puck’s Plenty Foraging: Forage and Feast Ramp Leaf Pesto Quiche w/Sundried Tomatoes

Our morning begins on trails just minutes from Stratford where we forage for Day Lily Shoots, Cow Parsley, Sochan Greens, Nettles and, of course, Fiddleheads.

After our forage we head back to Stratford a four course meal that opens with Truffle Gouda Cheese from Mountainoak Cheese (New Hamburg) and Rosemary Focaccia from the Downie Street Bakehouse (Stratford). Next course, a Forage and Feast favourite, Nettle Soup. Our main course: Wild Leek Pesto Quiche with a side order of Sundried Tomatoes. Dessert features Dutch Apple Pie from Anna Mae’s Bakery (Millbank).

The meal is served with your choice of red or white wines from the Niagara Region along with locally brewed craft beer from Black Swan Brewery (Stratford).

Non alcohol beer and wine will also be available.
