Over the years this plant continues to surprise most first time foragers with its scrumptious taste. Eaten raw it has a pleasant nutty flavour. Steamed it rivals asparagus. And guess what? They are everywhere as they offer a culinary springboard into Spring. We’ll be harvesting these along with Chickweed, Garlic Mustard, Trout Lilies, Wild Leeks and more . . . did we leave anything out?
