Our Open Kitchen Spring Explorer Course is a five day intensive sneak peek of the Stratford Chefs School’s renowned full time professional culinary program. This hands-on intensive course is perfect for experienced home cooks looking to hone their skills, or for anyone interested in examining a future career in the culinary arts.

Basic Pasta Dough by Hand

Day Two
Poached Eggs

Poached Trout with Lentils and Brown Butter Sauce

French Folded Omelettes
Potato Latkes with Crème Fraîche, Smoked Trout and Dill
Chicken Piccata with Buttered Noodles and Broccoli

Day Four
Tarte Flambée (Caramelized Onion Pizza)

THE FINE PRINT:
1. Classes are for participants 16 years and older.
2. Class participants are required to wear closed toed shoes.
3. Class participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
4. Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
5. Classes are from 10am – 2pm on each scheduled day.
7. All pre-paid Open Kitchen reservations are non-refundable.
8. Masks are strongly encouraged, but not mandatory.
