Open Kitchen | Pastry Series | Puff Pastry

In this puff pastry class we will unlock the secrets behind one of the most versatile and beloved pastry types. Whether you’re new to the world of baking or looking to refine your skills, this class is designed to guide you through the art and science of making exquisite puff pastry from scratch. By the end of our session, not only will you master the traditional method of creating puff pastry, but you’ll also learn a ‘quick’ method, designed to save time without compromising on quality. Finally, you will work with the puff pastry to create a variety of delectable sweet and savoury treats.

• Vol au Vent with Blueberry Jam and Chantilly
• Asparagus and Mushroom Tart
• Palmier (Sweet and Savoury)
• Apple Tart Tatin

THE FINE PRINT:
1. Classes are for participants 16 years and older.
2. Class participants are required to wear closed toed shoes.
3. Class participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
