Fish & Chips with Tartare Sauce
Classic beer-battered fish served with crispy fries and a tangy house made tartare sauce.
Tempura Vegetables with Ponzu Sauce
Crispy seasonal vegetables in delicate tempura batter, flash-fried golden and served with house-made ponzu—bright citrus, savoury soy, irresistible crunch in every bite of flavour.
Arancini with Pesto & Tomato
Crispy, golden risotto balls stuffed with mozzarella cheese, served with a duo of house made pesto and tomato sauces.

THE FINE PRINT:
1. Classes are for participants 16 years and older.
2. Class participants are required to wear closed toed shoes.
3. Class participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
