A lot of time and work goes into the bold flavours found in Middle Eastern cuisine; yet the process is surprisingly straight forward. You’ll learn traditional techniques, along with modern tips, to prepare a healthy vegetarian platter packed with delicious flavours that is simple to execute from home.

This MIDDLE EASTERN PLATTER 3 course Meal Kit includes pre-measured and prepped components for the following vegetarian MENU:
-Whole-wheat pita
-Super smooth hummus
-Smoky babba ghanoush
-Potent garlic aioli
-Pickled red cabbage, full sour pickles
-Turmeric rice with raisin & almond
-Vegan coconut panna cotta with rum raisin compote

Finished by you at home:
-Cut pita
-Make platter board
-Cook prepped fried rice
-Plate panna cotta

Wine (750 ml bottle) $30

Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne has planned the meal and will do all the prep; you just have to finish the final few steps at home! All the chef-prepped, pre-measured ingredients are packed in the kit; a detailed downloadable recipe booklet with full instructions and video tutorials are also provided.

Chef Eli’s video instruction will show you how to finish and plate your meal, and – if you want more – you can learn how to do all the prep as well!

Please Note:
1. ORDERS: One order = one meal kit portion. Order enough to make for your whole household!
2. PAY: Contactless pre-payment online via credit card.
3. PICK UP: At Stratford Chefs School’s Kitchens | 136 Ontario Street, Stratford, between 4-6pm.
4. A link to your instructional video tutorial and recipe booklet will be emailed to you the day prior to your Meal Kit pick up day.
