Thai food is celebrated globally for its intense flavours, delicate balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements, and its beautiful presentation. This class will dive into the heart of Thai cooking, exploring the fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and traditional techniques that make it so unique and beloved.

This class is designed for cooks of all levels, from beginners to more experienced food enthusiasts, looking to broaden their culinary horizons. You’ll learn how to combine essential Thai ingredients like lemongrass, galangal, lime leaves, and fish sauce to create dishes that sing with authentic Thai flavours.

After the cooking is complete, take off your apron and savour the results of your labour with a glass of white wine.

• Green Chicken Curry with Infused Basmati and Papaya Salad

THE FINE PRINT:
1. Classes are for participants 16 years and older.
2. Class participants are required to wear closed toed shoes.
3. Class participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
