From crispy, golden spanakopita with creamy tzatziki to rich and savoury moussaka, you’ll learn traditional techniques and essential ingredients that bring these iconic recipes to life. This class will leave you inspired to recreate the magic of Greece in your own kitchen. Opa!

After the cooking is complete, take off your apron and savour the results of your labour with a glass of wine. Perfect for the beginner to intermediate home cook.
