SPL welcomes Dr. Ken Hook for an informative workshop on Advance Care Planning.

Adults, seniors, and caregivers are invited to attend and empower themselves to have uncomfortable conversations about ACP in Ontario and how to do their own healthcare planning. Connecting to others about this topic who are facing similar conversations will promote greater understanding between family members, providing them with long-term peace of mind.

This program takes place in the Library Auditorium.
