Seared Loin of Tuna with Poached Veal Fillet and Caper Dressing
Roast Saddle and Leg of Rabbit, Cauliflower, White Beans, and Young Lettuce
Apple Parfait with Honeycomb, Bitter Chocolate, and Champagne Foam
