Melissa McIntosh, Children’s Mindfulness Coach & Phyllica Field of Field and Flow Gemstone & Jewellery are teaming up to bring your kids a holiday camp filled with Christmas mindfulness, jewelry & best friend fun!

Phyllica & Melissa will guide your kiddo and their bestie in the designing & creating a breathing bracelet for their bestie, using an array of quality gemstones Phyllica has hand chosen, in addition to Melissa adding in the mindfulness superpower of breath with their bracelet! Time is also allotted for the bracelet giving exchange between besties along with a finishing mini-mindfulness meditation led by Melissa with their newest mindful tool.

**There are two time slots based on age**
6-8 yrs old : 10:30am-12:30pm
9-12 yr olds: 1:00pm-3:00pm
