Bonbon Making Workshop
Join chocolatier Stephen Beaumont at the Chok. Fine Chocolate studio for an intimate evening of immersive fun while he guides you through the process of decorating, casting, filling and capping your very own Swiss chocolate filled bonbons.
Situated in Shakespeare, Ontario, the Chok. Studio is fully equipped with everything you need, and the workshop price includes all the materials and ingredients, a box of 12 of your own chocolates, plus written recipes and techniques for you to take away and practise on your own. The workshop will last 2.5 hours.
Stephen has extensive experience, not only in chocolate making (he trained under Master Chocolatier, Luis Amado among others) but is also a veteran of the luxury hospitality industry having managed hotels and resorts around the world. He is also a Certified Wine Educator and teaches hospitality management courses at Conestoga College.
