Classic Lightfoot Live features John Stinson, a long-time Ontario musician, as lead vocalist. He has been widely praised for his uncanny sonic resemblance to Gord and his attention to replicating Gord’s original studio recordings.

Playing six and 12 string guitars, just like Gord, John is backed by the Classic Lightfoot Live band, an impressive cast of musicians bringing the music from the studio albums to life.

Steve Eyers, Gordon’s nephew, is on bass guitar. Eric Kidd is on lead guitar and Malcolm Gould in on percussion.
