A tantalizing Asian inspired meal kit featuring Pork Steam Buns, to finish at home with Chef instructor Eli Silverthorne!

Adapted from our Open Kitchen Master Class series, Chef Eli will guide you through this curated, Asian inspired menu. You'll learn how Chef Eli cures and smokes fish and then rolls it into sushi. You'll make a classic restaurant style pork steam bun at home – steamer optional! - with SCS fermented kimchi and cucumbers that you quick pickle yourself! Lastly, we'll introduce you to the tantalizing flavour of yuzu, paired with a refreshing citrus panna cotta to round out the meal. Bon Appetit!


PORK STEAM BUN MEAL KIT includes all pre-measured and prepped components for the following three course meal:

Smoked Salmon Sushi Roll (1/2 roll per kit), plus Seaweed Salad & Soy Pearls

Pork Belly Steam Buns (2 per kit)

Quick Pickled Cucumbers

SCS fermented Kimchi

Carrot & Cilantro Slaw, with Roasted Peanuts

Citrus Lemongrass Panna Cotta with Yuzu syrup & Citrus


Slice sushi – serve with salad and soy pearls

Steam bun, reheat roast pork

Quick salt cukes, plate bun

Dress slaw; garnish with peanuts & herbs

Garnish Panna Cotta with Yuzu syrup & citrus segments
