Learn the secrets behind making exquisite pizza dough with instructor, Eli Silverthorn, savoury tomato sauce, and how to bake a perfect delizioso pizza at home. Savour the result of your labour at the end of the class. Mangia! Perfect for the beginner to intermediate home chef.

Suggested recipes:

  • Learn 2 types of dough: BOTH quick and slow fermented dough (compare differences)

  • 4 Sauces: Oil, Sunflower Seed Pesto, Tomato Basil, and Bechamel (white sauce)

  • Fresh Ricotta

  • Various seasonal toppings. Vegetarian options available.

Wine available for purchase by the glass.
