Open Kitchen | Spring Explorer Course | March Break 2020

Explore the culinary world with instructor, Eli Silverthorn, during this one week course that offers participants a sneak peek into the Stratford Chefs School's renowned professional culinary program. This hands-on intensive is perfect for experienced home cooks looking to hone their skills, or for anyone interested in examining a future career in the culinary arts.

Safety regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.



This class has a maximum capacity of 14 students.



Classes are for students 16 years and older.



Participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.



Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
