Hwy 6 to Embro/401: Replacement of large culvert Aug-Nov

Expect delays but road will not be closed. Hwy 7 detour is suggested as above, if there is an overlap.

Hwy 8 between Stratford and Shakespeare: In progress

Beginning in early June, stretches of this road between the west end of Shakespeare and the east end of Stratford will be reduced on weekdays to a single lane, with flag people controlling traffic in both directions. Delays may be lengthy, so please allow additional time for your trip. (Both lanes are expected to be open on evenings and weekends.)

The holidays are a time to eat, drink and be merry with friends and family!  But does the "drink" part of that equation furrow your brow? Not sure what to serve your guests or bring the host of your next event? Let chef and wine expert Eli Silverthorne guide you through the best bottles of bubbles, red, and white wines to serve at your next holiday gathering. Your cup will runneth over after this fun and informative two-hour tasting! Perfect for the beginner to intermediate wine enthusiast.

Participants are required to be 19 years of age or older.

Snacks will be provided during class.

Guests have the option of drinking or expectorating the wines. Please choose your transportation accordingly.

This class has a maximum capacity of 20 students.

Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
