Looking for new ways to maintain a healthy diet and keep fully charged as you tackle 2019? Incorporating plant-based beverages and snacks into your daily routine can boost immunity, productivity and overall well-being. Start your year out right! Juicing expert Alex O'Shea discusses the fundamentals and benefits of juicing and plant-based milks, and ways they can be utilized fully in culinary applications. Participants will each take home 500ml of fresh pressed juice from the Farm Juice Co.
Safety regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.
This event is wheelchair accessible.
