Rene Delafranier is a graduate of the Stratford Chef School and worked in many restaurants in Stratford before opening Rene’s Bistro. He and his wife Margaret strive to use only fresh local and sustainable food. They make everything in-house, from breads to entrees, dressings, and even their famous desserts.

First reservations begin at 4:30pm and last reservations start at 8:30pm.
