St. George Street Furnished Suites

Our century home was built in 1888 and over the years has been converted from a single family home into four distinctive apartments. During the last five years the property has received a facelift and has been lovingly transformed into an upscale retreat for guests to enjoy. Our three guest suites offer separate entrances, relaxing outdoor living spaces and fully equipped kitchens so that guests can prepare meals if they wish. Quality bed linens and towels are provided. Wireless internet is also available.

As an added bonus, the property has a fabulous view overlooking the Thames River and West Perth Thames Nature Trail and Wetlands. Take a walk or bike along the designated paths and enjoy feeding the ducks or admire the resident swans as they glide majestically along the calm waters. Have a BBQ while watching the colourful sunsets and the water fountain which is a kaleidescope of colours in the evening. Life just doesn't get any better than this.

All meals are self catered. Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and beverages. Soft drinks, tea and coffee are always available in the suites. We are located within easy walking distance of downtown shopping and the arena.

Suite 2: Treat yourself to our deluxe suite on the main floor which has a queen size bed, double pull-out sofa bed and private deck with BBQ overlooking the river. Maximum occupancy four persons.

Suite 3: This second floor suite with a modern country flair has a queen size bed, double pull-out sofa bed and a shared balcony overlooking the street. Maximum occupancy four persons.

Suite 4: This cozy, comfortable second floor suite has a double bed, double sofa bed, shared balcony overlooking the street and a gas fireplace to curl up in front of on cooler nights. Maximum occupancy two persons.

Two-Six Nights: $100.00/night
Weekly Rate: $550.00

All of our rates are based upon double occupancy and include breakfast and taxes. Contact hosts for monthly rates and off-season rates for Suites 3 & 4. There is a $25.00 charge for each additional person. Children over the age of 10 are welcome. Sorry, we do not allow pets.
