The smells of harvest are in the air! Pastry maven Tracey Pritchard (Perfect Pastry) teaches you how to work with shortcrust pastry dough to make and decorate a variety of seasonal pies perfect for your Thanksgiving table. Turn turkey leftovers into a delicious pot pie using Tracey's tips! Perfect for the beginner to intermediate home cook. This class includes a take home gift from Bradshaws & Kitchen Detail.
Health Board regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.
This class has a maximum capacity of 14 students.
Classes are for students 16 years and older.
Participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
Cost: $80/Per person
