Open Kitchen Classes | Trade Secrets | Sourdough

Take the mystery out of making delicious sourdough bread! This hands-on class examines the science behind a good sourdough starter and how to keep it alive, as well as techniques that will enable the home baker to achieve a perfect restaurant quality loaf each time. Perfect for the beginner to intermediate home baker.
Students will take home their bread.
Health Board regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.
This class has a maximum capacity of 12 students.
Due to the prep required, registration must close 48 hours prior to this class.
Classes are for students 16 years and older.
Participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
Help us help the environment! Please bring a container with you to help you take home the fruits of your labour. (One 1 litre container is recommended).
