Who said pastry had to be sweet? Pastry maven Tracey Pritchard (Perfect Pastry) teaches you how to work with shortcrust and puff pastry to make a variety of quiches and savoury tarts. Perfect for all pastry lovers! All participants will take home a savoury tart in a tart pan provided by Bradshaws & Kitchen Detail!
Health Board regulations require students wear closed toe shoes when participating in any cooking class.
This class has a maximum capacity of 12 students.
Classes are for students 16 years and older.
Participants will be provided with an apron and all necessary tools and equipment.
Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
This event is wheelchair accessible.
