Open Kitchen Classes | Trade Secrets | Summer Sipping: The World of Rosé Wine

Think pink this summer! Rosé wine is having a well deserved resurgence. With bottles prominently populating the shelves of your local liquor store, it can be hard to know which one to best pair with a meal or appeal to your palate. Whether you are looking for a nice patio wine, or want to know what’s best for a picnic, let respected sommelier Bob Latham guide you through the many shades and flavours of rosé during this fun two hour tasting. Enjoy! Perfect for the beginner to intermediate wine enthusiast.

Participants are required to be 19 years of age or older.

Snacks will be provided during class.

Guests have the option of drinking or expectorating the wines. Please choose your transportation accordingly.

This class has a maximum capacity of 20 students.

Menus, recipes and instructors are subject to change as required.
