The quality of Canadian wine and cheese is making the world sit up and take notice! Celebrate all our country’s unique regions have to offer by exploring the exceptional flavours and characteristics of wines and artisanal cheeses produced right in our own backyard. Wine aficionado, Eli Silverthorne will take you on a tasting tour - from British Columbia to Nova Scotia - of the best wines grown and produced in Canada. During this delightful and informative two hour tasting, Liz Payne, owner of The Milky Whey Fine Cheese Shop, will demonstrate the flavour profiles of artisanal cheeses from local and regional dairies and teach you how to pair these cheeses with your new favourite Canadian wine. Perfect for the beginner to intermediate wine enthusiast and cheese lover.
