The quality of Canadian wine and cheese is making the world sit up and take notice! Celebrate all our country’s unique regions have to offer by exploring the exceptional flavours and characteristics of wines and artisanal cheeses produced right in our own backyard. Respected sommelier Bob Latham will take you on a tasting tour - from British Columbia to Nova Scotia - of the best wines grown and produced in Canada. During this delightful and informative two hour tasting, discover the flavour profiles of artisanal cheeses from local and regional dairies and learn how to pair these cheeses with your new favourite Canadian wine. Perfect for the beginner to intermediate wine enthusiast.

Participants are required to be 19 years of age or older.
Snacks will be provided during class.
Guests have the option of drinking or expectorating the wines. Please choose your transportation accordingly.
This class has a maximum capacity of 20 students.
