Spring Foraging with Puck's Plenty
Along with the wild leek, the trout lily (pictured here) is one of the first plants to grace the forest floor in early Spring. Named for the dappled effect on the leaves, this plant can be eaten raw while adding a lovely sweetness to salads. Please note, if you are a tea aficionado you will not be disappointed. We'll be searching for these and many more wild edibles on beautiful forest trails only 20 minutes from Stratford.

Cost: $35/Per person

Location: Meet at 96 Birmingham Street, Stratford, 96 Birmingham Street, Stratford

“Stratford itself is the type of walkable wholesome town Rodgers and Hammerstein might write a musical about.”
