Deeper into Autumn and the forest is rich with wild fungi. Velvet Foot, Fall Oysters, Honey Mushrooms, Blewits. The list goes on. This is the ideal time to learn the art of wild mushroom hunting and to experience the unique taste of Nature's offerings. We'll take to beautiful trails only 20 minutes from Stratford to collect our bounty. Then return for an upscale lunch that includes Nettle Gouda Cheese from Mountainoak Cheese, baguettes and salad from The Little Green Grocery, a main course of Wild Mushroom Ragout followed by a tantalizing dessert from The Black Angus Bakery. Locally brewed craft beer from Black Swan Brewery and wines from Niagara will also be included. It's an adventure you won't forget. Just ask Marriot International and Travel and Leisure Magazine.
