Explore Gluten Free Stratford: Spiced Pumpkin Bread Baking Class

Baking in the world of Gluten Free presents challenges, even to long-term bakers. More and more people have issues with gluten foods and it inhibits travel. These sessions provide a road map for making gluten free baking easy and seamless. Attendees learn to bake their very own gluten free quick bread, Spiced Pumpkin Bread. They also explore a local restaurant to hear about the restaurant’s gluten free methods and offerings, to enhance the gluten free visitor’s experience in Stratford.

All guests leave with a GF flour recipe, and a recipe for Spiced Pumpkin Bread, plus knowledge of places they can explore in Stratford to safely enhance their cultural and culinary Stratford explorations.  Additional Classes offered July 11th, August 20th, and September 12th.
